We demand excellence from our teachers who are fully qualified teachers with a passion for education and child development. They are CRB vetted and have completed the Mind Lab teacher training curriculum, certification and assessment process. Our teachers are encouraged to recognise and support the ability of each individual pupil, enabling them to work at their own unique pace and develop their own unique intelligences, thereby building their self confidence and self esteem.

All classes are periodically observed. To ensure that Mind Lab's high standards are always maintained, ongoing professional development, training and support is provided to our teachers.s

I recently came across Mind Lab. Very quickly I felt it had the same sort of "magic" as Montessori: wonderful quality games, well researched and chosen from different cultures, dynamic, enthusiastic teachers to link between the games and the child, an amazing philosophy behind it that nurtures independence, confidence and self discipline in the child. Mind Lab offers children a great experience to learn how to function really well in a peer group. The children truly learn life skills that will effect them for the rest of their life.
